Walk the land before you buy it.

You send me the plots you like; I walk them for you, with photographs, video and a report.

How it Works

It starts with a short call.

  1. First meeting

A 15-minute call or video call, to understand your needs.

  2. Consultation

We look at your listings and the areas together, and you get a written quote.

  3. Booking

If you like a property, I'll book the inspection.

  4. 2–7 days

  5. Inspection

I will visit each property and create a Snapshot report for you.

  6. Debrief call

We go through the Snapshot together.

  7. A fuller report

Do you like the property? Let's dig deeper, with a Standard or Detailed report on a second visit.

    See the reports
  8. If you come to Sardinia

Would you like to see the property yourself? Let me help: we'll go together.

How can I help you?

  • I help you pick the best of the plots you've found.
  • I walk the land and photograph it from every side.
  • I look at the access, the slope and the boundaries you can see.
  • I note trees, water and any buildings on the land.
  • I look at the surroundings and the view.
  • I check the documents the agency provides and explain what local rules generally allow.

Reports

Every visit includes a Snapshot report. If you'd like more, the Standard and Detailed reports come with a second visit.

      Hi, I'm [Name].

I was born and raised in Sardinia. Over the years I've met many visitors who wanted a home here, and I decided to help them. I studied architecture and worked in the field. I'm not tied to any agency, so my only interest is yours.

      Questions

Will the estate agent let me send you?

Usually, yes: agencies in Sardinia are used to buyers who live abroad. A short email from you is enough, and I never sign anything on your behalf.

Which documents do you look at?

With the Detailed report, the cadastral map and the land use certificate that the agency provides.

Can I have a fuller report later?

Yes. After the visit you can ask for a Standard or Detailed report; it comes with a second visit.

Can you show me where the boundaries are?

I photograph the walls, fences and markers you can see on the ground, all around the plot.
