It starts with a short call.

    A 15-minute call or video call, to understand your needs.

  2. Consultation

    We look at your listings and the areas together, and you get a written quote.

  3. Booking

    If you like a property, I'll book the inspection.

  4. 2–7 days

  5. Inspection

    I will visit each property and create a Snapshot report for you.

  6. Debrief call

    We go through the Snapshot together.

      I was born and raised in Sardinia. Over the years I've met many visitors who wanted a home here, and I decided to help them. I studied architecture and worked in the field. I'm not tied to any agency, so my only interest is yours.

      Questions

      Will the estate agent let me send you?

      Usually, yes: agencies in Sardinia are used to buyers who live abroad. A short email from you is enough, and I never sign anything on your behalf.

      Can you film inside the property?

      Almost always. Where the owner prefers no video, you get more photographs and fuller notes.

      Can you check that the listing is real?

      Yes: I visit the place in person and compare it with the photos and the description.
